General terms of the League of Legends coaching service ("the Service") offered by Coach LordFlipper ("the Coach").

1. Subject of the service

The Coach provides one-on-one (1-on-1) coaching for the video game League of Legends, which may include: an initial free consultation, live coaching sessions, match analysis (VOD review), personalised reports, and improvement advice. The service is educational and entertainment in nature and is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc.

2. Booking

Requests are made via the website contact form, by email (lordflippercoach@gmail.com), or Discord (vincent94). A booking is considered confirmed only after an explicit agreement between the parties on the date, time, and format of the session. The Coach reserves the right to refuse requests at his own discretion.

3. Payments

The initial consultation is free. Subsequent sessions, if agreed, are paid for according to the rates communicated at the time of booking. Payment methods and timing are agreed directly between the parties.

4. Cancellations and changes

• You may cancel or reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours notice;
• Late cancellations or failure to attend ("no-show") may result in the loss of the session, unless otherwise agreed;
• If something unexpected comes up, the Coach will propose a new date at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

As this is a personalised digital service, once a session has been delivered the service is deemed performed and is non-refundable. For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (14 days, Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code); however, under Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services already fully performed with the consumer's express agreement before the deadline expires. 6. User obligations

• Provide truthful information when making the request;
• Have the connection and tools necessary (e.g. Discord) for the session;
• Behave respectfully during the sessions;
• Not record, redistribute, or resell session content without authorisation.

7. No guarantee of results

The Coach makes his experience and expertise available, but does not guarantee that you will reach a specific rank, level, or result (e.g. Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Challenger). Progress depends on numerous factors beyond the Coach's control, including effort, time invested, the user's individual abilities, and the mechanics of the game. Any testimonials or reviews represent individual experiences and do not constitute a promise of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Coach is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages; penalties, suspensions, or bans applied by Riot Games to the user's account; malfunctions of the game or third-party services; loss of data or time. The Service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the mandatory rights granted to consumers.

9. Intellectual property

League of Legends and its related content are trademarks and materials owned by Riot Games, Inc. The educational materials produced by the Coach (reports, guides, recordings) remain the property of the Coach and are granted to the user for personal use.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For dealings with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For any other dispute, the courts of Rome have jurisdiction. Before taking legal action, the parties undertake to attempt an amicable solution; consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

11. Changes

The Coach may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of the service request.
