Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of this website, trading under the name "Coach LordFlipper".
For any request concerning the processing of personal data, to exercise your rights, or to obtain the controller's full identifying details, you can contact us at lordflippercoach@gmail.com (or on Discord: vincent94).
2. Types of data collected
The website collects the personal data you voluntarily provide when you fill in the contact form or write to us via email/Discord. In particular:

In addition, technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, server logs, browser type) is automatically collected by the hosting provider for the operation and security of the site, as described in point 8 below.
The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics systems, or advertising pixels. For details, please refer to the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to requests sent via the contact form, email, or Discord;
- Organising and delivering the coaching services (free consultation and sessions) you request;
- Ensuring the security of the site and preventing abuse/spam;
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax) where a service relationship is established.
4. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for submitting the contact form, given via the dedicated checkbox;
- Pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) to handle your request and deliver the coaching service;
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for site security and spam prevention;
- Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for any tax and accounting requirements.
5. Retention period
- Data sent via the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if there is no follow-up, for a maximum of 12 months;
- Data relating to services actually provided is kept for the period required by tax and accounting obligations (generally 10 years);
- Technical security logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its own policies.
6. Recipients and data processors
Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), by the following service providers:

Data is in no way disclosed publicly or sold to third parties.
7. Transfer of data outside the EU
Some of the providers listed above may have their headquarters or infrastructure outside the European Union (e.g. the United States). In such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) or adequacy decisions, where applicable.
8. Browsing data and hosting
The site is hosted on Netlify. As part of the normal operation of the web, IT systems and servers automatically record certain data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser user-agent). Such data is used solely for technical, aggregate statistical, and security purposes, and is not associated with identified users.
9. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction of processing;
- Portability of data;
- Objection to processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

10. Nature of data provision
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary in order to handle your request: failure to provide it makes it impossible for us to respond. Providing the other data is optional.
11. Minors
The services are not intended for minors under 14 years of age. If you are a minor, the consent of a parent or guardian is required before submitting personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
The controller reserves the right to update this policy. The updated version will always be available on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
